Delete Your DropSpot Account

DropSpot · Account deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your DropSpot account and associated personal data. Deletion is irreversible.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Open the DropSpot app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm when prompted.

We will process in-app deletion requests within 30 days. Some records (e.g. payment or tax-related data) may be retained as required by law.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

support@dropspot.co.za

Include:

• Subject line: DropSpot account deletion request
• Your full name and registered email or phone number
• A brief statement that you want your account permanently deleted

We may verify your identity before processing the request.
